Logan Lupia, CRC® is the Founder of Compass Rose Financial Group and has over 20 years of experience helping individuals, families, judges, legal professionals, and state employees navigate retirement planning, pension decisions, investment management, and long-term care planning.

Known for her personalized approach and responsiveness, Logan works closely with clients to simplify complex financial decisions and create clear, actionable strategies. She believes financial planning should go beyond investments alone and help clients build confidence in every stage of life.

Logan holds the Certified Retirement Counselor® designation and maintains FINRA Series 7, 65, 6, 63, and 26 registrations. She is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative of Equity Services, Inc.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their three children, Brecken, Tucker, and Georgiana. Most weekends are spent at gymnastics meets, baseball fields, soccer games, or enjoying time on the lake with family and friends.
